Agapi Beach Resort Premium All Inclusive Amoudara , Amoudara (Heraklion)

I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the comfortable bungalows and clean facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay special. However, the beach area was a bit disappointing due to the gritty shingle, and there were some communication issues with the reception staff during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great dining options and enjoyable pools.

The food was varied and delicious, and I appreciated the proximity to local supermarkets. However, getting around with a pram was a bit challenging due to the steps.
